A paper about semi-automatic segmentaion of pulmonary subsolid nodules is currently under review. It includes an evaluation on publically available data from the LIDC/IDRI database [1]. As soon as the paper is accepted we will make the segmentation results of the method and the reference segmentations available on this page. Thus, other researchers will be able to download the data and use it. For now, here is the list of LIDC/IDRI data that is used for the evaluation:
